- Ingredients
- Fresh Keezharnelli leaves – 1 cup
- Coconut oil – 2 cups
- Curry leaves – ½ cup (optional, for extra benefit)
- Fenugreek seeds (uluva) – 1 tsp (optional)
- Preparation Method
- Wash keezharnelli leaves well and shade-dry to remove moisture
- Grind leaves into a coarse paste
- Heat coconut oil on low flame
- Add keezharnelli paste, curry leaves & fenugreek seeds
- Cook on low flame till oil turns dark green and leaves become crisp
- Switch off flame and let oil cool
- Strain and store in a clean glass bottle
